Every purchase from Bellara is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 90 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

  • The item should be in good condition.

  • The item should not show signs of intentional damage or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been heavily worn, intentionally damaged or altered after delivery.

Gift cards (if applicable) are also non-refundable.


Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Bellara cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.


Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are:
